

My name is Richard, I trained as an actor and spent years performing on stage, learning how to use my body, voice and breath to engage an audience. I also spent years masking performance anxiety and suffered stage fright on numerous occasions both on stage, in the classroom and in presentations.
I later went on to train as a teacher and spent several years in education both as an educator and manager.
Alongside this, I discovered breathwork as a powerful tool to manage stress, calm my nerves and boost energy — and it transformed the way I teach, perform and deliver presentations. Through a combination of breathwork and specific drama based techniques I have been able to overcome performance fears whilst being my true authentic self.
